2nd Hand Relocation Pricing

Whether you're selling your VanHome, or relocating, we're there to help.

Don't take the risk of relocating yourself, as this may impact your warranty. Uninstalling, relocating, and installing a VanHome that weighs up to 4,490kg is definitely a job you want to trust to the professionals.

Please see below for our pricing; each component is clearly explained. Add them up for your total price.

Travel Notes: The travel charge is calculated on a round trip commencing from our factory at Unit 1/3 Corella Cl, Berkeley Vale NSW.

For example from Unit 1/3 Corella Cl, Berkeley Vale NSW → Pack-Up Location → Install Location → Unit 1/3 Corella Cl, Berkeley Vale NSW. You can calculate the number of kilometres using Google Maps.

Pack-Up Notes: This includes the pack-up of the van ONLY. This does not include the removal of any furniture/ appliances / additional add-ons. The van must be left in the same state that it was after the initial installation.

Install Notes: This includes the Installation of the van ONLY. This does not include the setup of any furniture / appliances / additional add-ons. The van will be installed in the same state that it was after the initial installation.

An additional ‘Site Specific Charge’ may apply if there is not clear entry/exit to the properties or the site itself is not firm and flat ground. To determine if there is a ‘Site Specific Charge’ you will need to take pictures starting at the entry point of the property, through to where the van will be positioned at both properties and send it through for VanHomes to assess.

When the relocation is taking place 2.5hrs plus from our Factory there is an additional charge for accommodation due to our installers requiring to stay at local accommodation. The additional charge is $520 per night (two installers) if accommodation is required.
