Ensuring Quality: Scott meticulously oversees the entire build process, ensuring that Australian design rules and standards are met. He manages internal quality and environmental management systems, maintaining ISO certifications, and ensuring compliance with the Department of Infrastructure regulations for registration purposes.
Unique Journey: Scott joined VanHomes as a casual labour hire, quickly rising through the ranks from the fabrication department to an installer, ultimately landing in his current role. His impressive work ethic and passion for self-improvement has driven his success, allowing him to thrive in a position he initially thought was out of his league.

His most memorable project was one when he was working as an installer, in a team of two, and involved a 90-hour journey to the Northern Territory, completing four installs along the way. With a journey of over 60 hours of driving, this experience for him displayed his unwavering dedication and resilience to VanHomes, whilst proving his capabilities to handle challenging tasks.
Beyond his work here at VanHomes, Scott enjoys riding his sports bike or going on family outings with his wife and son. His colleagues would describe him as easy going, driven and enthusiastic with his work making him a valued member of the VanHomes family. His proudest achievement would be his ability to have overcome his challenging background and providing a better future for his son.
