All VanHomes are constructed in our Berkeley Vale factory in New South Wales. Our skilled construction team carefully selects premium materials, including Australian-made galvanised RHS steel, aluminium wall frames, and sturdy wooden floors. This ensures that our granny flats can withstand the unpredictable weather conditions and various challenges of different terrains, ensuring their durability and resilience.

Delivering Everywhere: From Doorsteps to Destinations

At VanHomes, we provide nationwide delivery of our relocatable homes. Our homes are designed to be completely relocatable, built on a towable chassis with fully functioning wheels, brakes, and lights. 

If you ever decide to move, we're here to assist you in relocating your home to any destination of your choice. We have successfully delivered homes to satisfied customers throughout Australia, including Tasmania and Western Australia.
